Site Management
As site managers we assume full implementation responsibility and deliver the project within the contractually agreed time and cost framework. Like a conductor with an orchestra, we supervise all trades involved in construction and ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Construction Supervision
Construction supervision is a reduced form of site management. The client here is often the financing bank as well as the owner. The owner appoints their own on-site contact for day-to-day operations.
Tendering
Many projects are delivered at a suboptimal economic level because detailed, competitive tendering is not carried out. In our experience, all-in fixed-price packages are more expensive than individual tenders (multi-contracting).
Permitting
We manage the BImSchG permitting process and land-use planning in a network of specialist environmental assessors and urban planners.
